Cancellation Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all nail appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior communication may be considered a no-show. Thank you for respecting my time and understanding my policy.
